I'm Beth, a business strategist with over 12 years of experience in the fine art world, including nearly a decade with the UK’s leading contemporary gallery group and now as the Managing Director of a multi-location gallery business.

Over the years, I’ve seen the inside of the industry — the pace, the passion, the constant juggle. I’ve also seen how many independent galleries operate without structure, direction or support, relying on instinct, hope and long days.

Creed Consultancy was created to change that. I founded it to support gallery owners who want to move from survival to strategy. Who want clarity in their offers, strength in their sales and calm confidence in how they run their business.

I work one to one with independent galleries offering practical, high level support that feels personal, discreet and transformative. It’s not about perfection. It’s about refinement and results.
